How to ask
Request deletion by email
Email team@theinfinisync.com with the subject "InfiniBot data deletion". You can write from any email address.
Include the WhatsApp phone number you used with InfiniBot, so we can find any information linked to it.
We will delete what we hold and confirm by email. If we need to check that the number is yours, we may ask you to send a short message to InfiniBot from it.
What is deleted
What deletion covers
InfiniBot does not keep your messages, voice notes, transcripts or screenshots after answering you, so in most cases there is little or nothing stored. A deletion request also covers any technical logs that contain your phone number.
Deletion does not remove the conversation from your own WhatsApp app, or messages held by Meta under its policies. You can delete the chat in WhatsApp yourself.
Orders you placed are between you and the store. To delete your account or order data there, contact the store directly.
Stopping
Stop using InfiniBot
You can stop at any time by not messaging InfiniBot, or by blocking its number in WhatsApp.
