What InfiniBot handles
InfiniBot is a WhatsApp shopping assistant: you send it a text or voice note describing what you want to buy from an online store, it finds the items, sends you screenshots, and replies with a checkout link.
When you message InfiniBot we process your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, the text of your messages, and your voice notes.
We use this information only to answer your request: to understand what you asked for, find matching products, and send you the results.

Services involved in answering you
Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) delivers messages between you and InfiniBot, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
Voice notes are transcribed to text on our own server. The audio is not sent to any other service.
The text of your request is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which turns it into a shopping list and helps pick the matching product. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its models.
To find products, InfiniBot searches the store you are ordering from and loads its public product pages. Your phone number and messages are not sent to the store. You complete checkout yourself, directly with the store, and the store's own privacy policy applies to that.
How long
What we keep
InfiniBot does not keep your messages, voice notes, transcripts or screenshots after your request has been answered. It does not build a profile of you and does not sell or share your information for advertising.
Our servers may keep short-lived technical logs (for example, a message identifier and the time it was received) to run the service and fix errors. These are not used for any other purpose.
Copies of the conversation remain in WhatsApp on your phone and are held by Meta under its policies.
Your choices
Stopping and deleting
You can stop using InfiniBot at any time by not messaging it, or by blocking its number in WhatsApp.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
