The terms for using InfiniBot, our WhatsApp shopping assistant: what it does, what it doesn't do, and what you agree to when you use it.

The service
What InfiniBot does
InfiniBot is a WhatsApp shopping assistant built and operated by Infinisync (Infinisync by Arotech), referred to here as "we" or "us". You send it a text or voice note describing what you want to buy from an online store. It looks for matching products, sends you screenshots as it goes, and replies with a link to that store's checkout.
By messaging InfiniBot you agree to these terms and to Infinisync's general terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Your order
You check out with the store, not with us
InfiniBot does not sell anything and does not take payment. It only prepares a cart. The purchase happens when you open the checkout link and pay the store directly.
The store is responsible for its products, prices, stock, payment, delivery, returns and customer service. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to your purchase.
Always review the items, sizes, quantities and total on the store's checkout page before you pay. Nothing is ordered until you complete checkout yourself.
Accuracy
InfiniBot can make mistakes
InfiniBot uses automated speech recognition and AI to understand your request and choose products. It can mishear you, misunderstand you, or pick the wrong item, size or colour.
Screenshots and prices show the store's website at the moment they were taken. The store may change prices or availability at any time, and the checkout page is what counts.
Acceptable use
Using InfiniBot fairly
Use InfiniBot only for genuine shopping requests. Do not use it to break the law, to buy prohibited items, to harass anyone, or to overload, attack or reverse-engineer the service.
You must also follow WhatsApp's own terms. We may stop responding to a number that misuses the service.
Availability
Free, and provided as it is
InfiniBot is currently free to use. It may be unavailable at times, and we may change, limit or stop it at any time.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect cart, a store's actions, or the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
